The website operator guarantees a full refund of the amount paid for the ticket including any servicing, handling, or processing fees, if such fees are not disclosed, when:
- The ticketed event is canceled;
- The purchaser is denied admission to the ticketed event, unless such denial is due to the action or omission of the purchaser;
- The ticket is not delivered to the purchaser in the manner requested and pursuant to any delivery guarantees made by the reseller and such failure results in the purchaser’s inability to attend the ticketed event.
- The website operator discloses that it is not the issuer, original seller, or reseller of the ticket or items and does not control the pricing of the ticket or items, which may be resold for more than their original value.
The following purchase policies are set forth to help you understand the purchasing process at Any Event.com. If you have any questions about the information about these policies, please contact us. These purchasing policies are part of our terms and conditions when using this site.
Any Event.com makes every effort possible to process ticket orders as soon as we receive them, in most cases within twenty-fours hours, some orders may take longer to fulfill and delivery of those orders will be guaranteed no later than two weeks prior to the event, unless otherwise stated. If you order tickets within two weeks of an event, your tickets will be shipped out the next day according to the shipping method you have selected.
Any Event.com will contact you prior to shipping out your order, to confirm section, row, and seats. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your seat selection. We will not ship tickets out unless you are happy with them.
Every now and then we do receive the wrong credit card number or billing information, this also can delay the processing and delivery of a ticket order.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Any Event.com accepts all major credit cards for your purchases, including Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover/Novus. We also accept cashier's checks
and money orders via Federal Express C.O.D. shipments. Furthermore, you
can put tickets on hold for up to twenty-four hours.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection.
Once we receive your order we are unable to refund, cancel, or exchange
tickets. Tickets for your order may be obtained through third party representatives
and we are not allowed to return these tickets after they are purchased.
Please keep tickets in a safe place - Any Event.com can not issue exchanges or refunds for lost, stolen,
damaged, or destroyed tickets.
CANCELLED EVENTS:
Notwithstanding the issuance of tickets through this website, the venue and/or promoter may cancel any event. Also, the venue operator and/or event promoter may change the scheduled performers or change the event date without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. In the event that a promoter offers to refund the base ticket price of the canceled event, the customer must make the request for refund no later than 10 business days of the originally scheduled date. In the event that a performance is rescheduled and the base price refunds are authorized by the promoter, any refund request must be made to Any Event.com prior to the show and all tickets must be returned to Any Event.com no later than 10 business days after the rescheduled date/and or refund request whichever is earlier. There will be a 15% handling fee for all refunds, and Any Event.com is entitled to retain all fees collected through this website for services that it performs in taking orders and delivering tickets, including shipping, handling and service charges, regardless of whether a show is rescheduled or canceled.
In the event a show reschedules, you ticket will transfer to the new date. We are sorry, but we cannot give a refund if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Any Event.com ships tickets only
via Federal Express. We do not mail tickets through the post office. We
have found this to be the safest and most reliable way for you to receive
your tickets. Federal Express does require that an adult signature must
be obtained before each shipment is delivered. If you have any questions
regarding your delivery address, P.O. boxes, rural areas, etc… Please
contact us so we can help.
HOLD FOR PICKUP:
You may place tickets on hold for up to twenty-four hours, when picking
up your tickets at our offices. If you fail to pick up tickets within
twenty-four hours your order will be cancelled. This option is not available
within seven days of an event. Contact us for more information about this.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All ticket prices are in US Currency. Ticket prices and availability are
subject to change at any time. A ticket confirmation number must appear
for all orders to be processed. Ticket prices are guaranteed at the time
the order is placed and paid in full. All paid ticket orders can be guaranteed
with a contract and a confirmation receipt that can be issued upon full
payment. Please request a confirmation from our offices. Any Event.com reserves the right
to provide upgrades on any ticket orders at no extra charge to the customer. Any Event.com will not be responsible for any weather delays,
event postponements, event cancellations, lost, or stolen tickets. All
Internet orders, must be reviewed and approved by a ticket agent specialist,
within twenty-four hours of receiving the order. If for any reason tickets
may not be available for the order, Any Event.com reserves the right to change the category
or cancel the order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
Any Event.com is an independent,
privately-owned company engaged in the service of finding and providing
tickets for admission to any and all concerts, sporting, and theater events
worldwide. We are not affiliated with, or authorized by, nor do we have
any licenses or strategic alliances with any box office, promoter, venue,
theater, stadium, sporting team, or sporting association. We are able
to provide access to tickets for events through our contacts and various
sources. Some of our prices are higher than the face value of the tickets.
This reflects the degree of difficulty, and, of course, the cost of obtaining
the tickets.
